The forthcoming Book from our Founder, featuring more than 200 full color pages of stunning photography, time tested recipes, and the stories behind the Ancient and Heirloom Grains, Beans, and Stone Ground Fresh Milled Flours!  We aim to ship in this coming September!!

Now that the book is nearing completion, I wanted to let you know that you can pre-order it  and be a part of creating this book. Pre-order it now, and you’ll receive an invitation to the pre-release party and a signed copy as well.

Over the past decade, the Heritage Grain CSA has blossomed into a self-sustaining and growing collaboration of farmers and consumers, and this book will portray the passions that tie them all together. It will also showcase a large variety of techniques for cooking with grains and many recipes that I’ve developed and refined over the years.
